• Eating healthy with the aero herb garden

    About aero herb garden

I decided it was time to grow up and give myself a chance to grow old and feeble and die, boringly, in my 80s.First on the list was improving my eating habits. My father, god bless him, had never been the healthiest eater. Whether it was chicken wings or ribs or steak, if you could grill it, he’d eat it. It’s not like he avoided fruits and vegetables, but in general his favorite stuff was something that he could conceivably have hunted.

My best friend was almost pure carnivore, turning his nose up at anything that was grown (with the notable exception of the potato). His diet, his smoking habit and an unknown defect his one of the valves on his heart combined to due him in at the all-too-young age of twenty eight.

  • Growing Own Herbs and Growing Kitchen Herbs are My Latest Raves

Eversince I started cooking, I knew the importance of herbs in bringing out the taste of the dish. But it did not came too easy for me to start growing own herbs. To be specific, growing kitchen herbs.

I have to properly plan on what kitchen herbs that I wanted to have in my garden and what kitchen herbs will grow in our weather. I love spicy foods so the first herb that is on my list is pepper! Just thinking of the red chili, jalapeno, paprika and bell peppers makes me gaga on growing kitchen herbs. But I still have to plant the must-have herbs like ginger, onions and garlic. How could that herbs be not on my list?

Growing own herbs serves me right that I got hooked in collecting seeds and pots in growing kitchen herbs. I have all pots in different sizes that is just right for my finest herbs.
