My drinking buddies would always pick on me that I have no bestfriend except Rudolph. Rudolph is not a red-nosed reindeer but my friendly and lovable brown labrador. I bought several books on dog training, just to know if there are dog training secrets. I have no problem with Rudolph’s clothes because my mom would sew crazy dog sweaters she got from various magazines and books that feature different dog sweater patterns.

With dozen of books lying in front of me, I realized that there are no dog training secrets. Aside from the dog’s intelligence and ability, the owner-and-pet relationship is much more important. It is the love and care that we show to our pets that make them follow our orders, do the tricks we want or wear those wacky dog sweaters we got from dog sweater patterns.
